Hyatt South Beach, Spring 2015 Debut

The 105-room hotel at 1600 Collins Ave. will feature a casual mediterranean restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating and a bar in the lobby. 

Hyatt South Beach expected to debut in spring 2015 - South Florida Business Journal: "... The Hyatt South Beach is among dozens of new hotels coming to Miami-Dade County in 2015, which include the 235-room Aloft South Beach and the 129-room ME Hotel in downtown Miami."
